02 — Methodology
Project Graham follows an agile, iterative delivery model with a single non-negotiable hard deadline set by biology rather than engineering. Sprint retrospectives occur nightly, typically between 2:00 and 5:00 AM. Scope is expected to change continuously post-launch, with no formal versioning scheme beyond “older” and “bigger.”
